We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your new socks! If they’ve been damaged on the way to you then please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll get another pair sent out before you can say “my feet are cold!”.
If, for any reason, you don’t like your new socks and would like to return them, you have every right to do this and we’ll do our best to ensure it goes smoothly. Where possible, we’ll try to send you a new (different) pair to see if they’re more your thing, but if not then you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item in question.
If you’d like to return a product, you should ensure that labels are still attached, they are unworn and in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
Fill out our Contact form or send us an email to let us know about a return, please give as much detail about your order as you can and include your name, date received and the address the order was delivered to. Then simply pop it in the post with a brief note containing the same information and reason for return and we’ll get back to you when we receive the item.
If you’ve ordered our subscription service and have changed your mind, just let us know within 14 days and we’ll cancel it for you.
